Lt Col Nimish Trivedi (Retd) is an Indian Army veteran, def entrepreneur and strategic business leader with over two decades of experience in leadership, ops, business devp and strategic planning.
He holds a Management degree from the FMS, University of Delhi, bringing together his military leadership experience and strong understanding of business strategy and management.
As the Co founder and Marketing Head- he leads the company's strategic positioning, business devp, market outreach and institutional engagement. His focus is on building meaningful linkages between the op reqmts of the Armed Forces and innovative indigenous def technologies, with a strong emphasis on op relevance and user-centric solutions.
His military experience provides him with a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by soldiers and Cdrs, shaping his belief that def tech must translate into real op capability, reliability and strategic advantage.
Committed to contributing to India's vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat by promoting indigenous innovation, strategic partnerships and technology-led def solutions.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, he writes and speaks on leadership, def, national security, strategic affairs and Viksit Bharat. His leadership philosophy is rooted in integrity, empathy, accountability and a continuing commitment to service.

Priyavrat Bhatt brings over three decades of engineering and technology leadership experience across global and Indian organisations, driving complex programmes, building high-performance engineering teams, and delivering mission-critical technology solutions.
As Founder & CTO of StratLink, he leads the company’s vision to develop indigenous, secure and mission-oriented technology solutions for the defence and aviation ecosystem. His expertise spans software engineering, product development, systems integration, technology strategy and innovation.
A passionate technologist, mentor and industry speaker, Priyavrat is focused on transforming complex operational challenges into scalable, deployable technology capabilities and building StratLink into a globally relevant defence technology company.

Col SVS Grewal (Retd) is an Indian Army veteran, defence entrepreneur and strategic leader whose professional journey has been defined by leadership, operational excellence, institution building and service to the nation.
With decades of experience in the Indian Army, he brings to the defence industry a deep understanding of the operational environment, the evolving nature of warfare, and the critical importance of technology in enhancing the effectiveness, survivability and combat readiness of the Armed Forces.
As the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Stratlink Defence Pvt Ltd, he provides the strategic vision and leadership for the company, steering its growth as an indigenous defence enterprise focused on delivering operationally relevant, technologically advanced and mission-ready solutions for India's Armed Forces and security establishments.
His approach to defence innovation is firmly rooted in one principle: technology must ultimately deliver an operational advantage to the soldier and commander on the ground.
Drawing upon his military experience and understanding of operational requirements, Col Grewal focuses on bridging the critical gap between warfighter requirements, emerging technologies and indigenous industry capabilities. Under his leadership, Stratlink Defence seeks to build strong partnerships with technology developers, industry, research organisations and end users to transform innovative ideas into dependable defence solutions.
He believes that India's journey towards becoming a major global power must be supported by a strong, technologically sovereign and self-reliant defence industrial ecosystem. His vision for Stratlink Defence is therefore closely aligned with the national objectives of Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Make in India and indigenous defence capability development.

Chief Legal Advisor & General Counsel
KPS Kohli is a practicing lawyer with over 2 decades of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and regulatory advisory. His practice encompasses domestic and international arbitration, telecommunications,
information technology, media and entertainment, aviation, insolvency, environmental law, company law, public policy and tender-related matters. He advises businesses, institutions and government bodies on complex legal issues and the impact of evolving laws, regulations and government policies on their operations.
Mr. Kohli has advised clients across jurisdictions and regularly works with lawyers and law firms in the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Singapore, Hong Kong, Nepal, Australia and the United States of America on cross-border legal matters. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court
of India, various High Courts, domestic and international arbitral tribunals, TDSAT, NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT, the National Consumer Commission and other judicial and regulatory forums. He also leads domestic and international arbitrations and has extensive experience in drafting complex
pleadings, including Special Leave Petitions, appeals, writ petitions, company petitions and commercial suits.
